10 Years of Falling To Pieces
In January 17, 1994 four quilters came together to meet weekly. Of those four members only one remains in Yellowknife but the group called Falling To Pieces has evolved and continues to be vibrant.
On January 17, 2004 at the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre this group celebrated its diversity and ever changing members. We broke the record for having the most people come to our Opening Reception, even though they didn't count the dozen or more Japanese tourists who joined us in our celebration.
Life in FTP continues to evolve. MaryAnn and Sharon have since left Yellowknife, but Deb and Dayle have joined our group.
Here are a few samples of the work that we presented in our 3 month show.
